            Millennial Generation is individuals that were born from
1980-2000, are the youngest group in the workplace, have grown up in the high-technology
era. That’s all we know. We value technology, are great at multi-tasking and
communicate in person if the message is important. Like Generation Xers, we
prefer email over telephone or face-to-face interaction. While Millennials
might be leading the change here, workers of all generations can benefit from
